Refund and Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective/damaged item, please contact us at help@greatfood2u.co.uk with details of the product and the defect. We ask that photos are taken of the defect, upon receiving full information and photographic evidence of the defective product, we will be able to arrange a voucher for the same value or replacement. If you are entitled to a replacement or voucher, we will replace the product or provide a voucher to the same value, this will be sent via email.

Orders can only be cancelled or amended up to 5 days before delivery. For example, Friday deliveries can be amended up to midnight the previous Sunday. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any changes to your order after this cut off time as kits are assembled with the freshest ingredients and are made to your exact order.
