Chef Atul Kochhar described Baba G’s burgers as, “Bollywood, Boisterous, Big! Indian food match 2.”
The Bhangra burger was born out of an idea to fuse Indian curry with Burgers back in Birmingham in the 90’s. It was subsequently refined in London street-food markets and the UK festival scene in the early 2000’s, and eventually the name was changed Baba G’s after the founder met a ‘Baba’ (holyman) in the mountains of Pushka India.
Their motto is spice, colour, aroma, and you will find all of this in Baba G’s sweet butter milk naan style bun, and delicious burgers!
