From their first-ever Burger & Lobster, born in a small Irish pub in Mayfair, it’s fair to say they’ve grown – you can now find them across London, as well as in New York, Bangkok, Malaysia, Kuwait and Singapore. What hasn’t changed, though, is their mission (some say obsession) to make the most of their quality ingredients – whether that’s the freshest Atlantic lobsters they use or their Nebraskan family-farmed beef that goes into their prime burgers.
